Refunds & Returns Policy

At PeptideLabPro, customer satisfaction and product integrity are top priorities. Due to the sensitive and research-specific nature of our products, we have a strict but fair Refunds & Returns Policy outlined below.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For safety, sterility, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or reconstituted peptides. Once a vial or product seal is broken, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the product and packaging for verification. Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost
  • Or a store credit for future purchases

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under limited circumstances, such as:

  • Lost shipments (confirmed via tracking and support review)
  • Out-of-stock items that cannot be replaced
  • Duplicate or accidental charges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
